My 2004 Mustang Mach 1 has just gotten out of the shop after being in there for 2 weeks. I had blown head gaskets. They found the heads to be warped. They had to re surface the heads, new gaskets, and new valves. How many miles should i drive the car before i put it down. Im asking this question because next saturday i am plannin on running at the California Speed Way.

 

You should be ok as is, but just to be on the safe side, put a couple hundred miles or so on it, mainly to make sure it was done right.

 

Just be careful on the track you don't want to blow the head gasket or something worse.
