I'm going to give this idea a couple of days to soak in before I decide anything but I'm thinking about putting up my MAC ceramic coatedlongtubes and VRS o/r x-pipe for sale. They've been sitting in my living room for a little less than 2 months and I just keep losing interest in getting them installed simply because of the cost and also I fear that since this is my daily driver, the more you tinker with stuff, the more it's bound it screw up. Cops are also very nit-picky around here so I just don't know if it's worth the mess.

Funny thing is... I sold my 18x9 and 18x10 black chrome FR500's because I thought tires would be too expensive so I used that money for these headers and midpipe, not I want to use the money for the headers and midpipe for wheels again LOL.

I'm not gonna be donig much more modding until I'm more financially set and can afford, not only the item, but the install and the possible side-effects of the item I install.


So I'm just throwing this up in the air if any of you Machers were interested. I will let you guys know in a day or two what it comes down to.

I think I'm just bummed about the cost to install and have it tuned. Of course I only want a safe tune (a/f)... I don't need a $400 tune for max performance.

I say keep them. You will eventually want to buy them again. Don't lose the money. Just save for the wheels and install.

I think I'm going to keep them. I'm close to having enough for install/tune.

Actually... I really think I'm going to sell them. I'll buy some longtubes in the future when I need them but I just can't seem to get enough money to install them, along with future stuff.

dude just keep them, if i was close to you i'd have those things installed by the end of the day, you could even drive my car....install them yourself, go find some one with a lift and install them.

I want to get some Kooks or Flowtech headers instead in the future simply because you don't have to worry about the tranny in the future when it comes to whether you have to drop the headers or not.
