Indeed.... my JLT RAI didn't fit very well at all. Rubs on the engine and basically have to jam the filter behind the headlight to fit. Also, make sure that if your heat shield doesn't fit, contact Jay over at JLTtruecoldair.com about it and he will give you a new one for free. That's what I had to do because the inlet tube from the shaker to the heat shield kept popping out. I'm considering going with a C&L but I'm not sure I like the idea of having an aluminum intake.
I almost think that the 4" tubing that the JLT uses is just a smidge too big... if it were maybe 3.5" then I bet it would fit like a glove but I guess the 4" tubing is what gives it the edge over other intakes.
