I want to add some more ponies to my 03' mach 1. Its stock now I was thinking heads,cam,full exhuast,gears, what do you think I am looking for any help on how to built it. please email me tkhoury@cmaaccess.com

 

How much HP you want? Heads and Cams are going to be expensive especially on a 4v because of the DOHC. Full exhaust, intake, intake spacer and tune should put you above 310rwhp. You could spray or go for Forced induction such as turbo's or a supercharger.

 

what's your budget?

 

I was thinking budget around $7K, I may just add all the bolt on I can the just add a supercharger to it. I really aint sure on what route I want to go

 

if you got 7k you got lots of options.

here's what i'd do
3/8" intake spacer
aluminum DS
3.73 gears

Next
i would get a forged shortblock 2-3k
then put a KB 2.1 with the 7-9lbs of boost
the buy a 12psi pully cheap swap it then tune it, you'll like that one.

 

first off if you go with the kb you sure dont need the spacer. if you go with a spacer which roys are amazing. i would go with 7/8ths and delete the egr. 4.10 gears nothing lower in the machs bc they come with the 3.55. and for power the kb is nice bc is sits under the shaker, an she sure screams.

 

forge the internals, install turbo, full exhaust, and gears. not sure if the 7k will cover the exhaust and gears.
Damn, and I have gears I bought I can't afford to install and I'm struggling to buy a damn o/r Xpipe.
