I have a couple questions about some things. I just installed the jlt rai i ordered and i notice quite a difference and now am saving for headers and x pipeand think I am going to go with hooker ceramic coated lt's. I know this will help my performance but what will the headers and x pipe gonna do to the sound?
Lastly, on the stock rim would 275's fit or would they buldge?

Headers and x pipe will sound good. A h-pipe will be a deeper sounder though, and will have more tq. Go on you tube an listen to sound clips people put up of their exhuast and see what you like. I heard 275s will fit on the stock rims.

I have 275s on mine. They have a little bulge, but not enough to be noticeable unless you're staring at them.

The full Flowmaster exhaust on it now sounds nice but i want more flow and performance plus gas mileage.

H pipe gives more tq and deeper sound? Didn't really know that lol. Should I keep the FM mufflers or get an improvement?

What FM mufflers are they 40 or 44s. either way id keep um. My freind has super 40s on his car and i like the way it sounds, and im getting 44s for my mach. H-pipe will retain more tq then the x. they x will give more hp up top, b/ the x design flows better.

Im pretty sure theyre 40. I bought the car with them and didn't the 44's just come out not too long ago? They do sound nice but I thought they seriously killed flow. I dont think I need more hp up top and im sure the difference isn't going to be anything amazing and for that reason ill go with what has the best sound. I might see what it has on it now though cause it has full exhaust so it could have a good x or h pipe already.

yeah 44s did come out recently, They dont "seriously kill flow" though. There are 2 types of mufflers, straight through and chambered. yours are chambered. An example of the other type is like SLP loud mouths. The straight through will flow better then chamberd. but they have a diffrent sound. Some guys like it some dont. I like chambered, but thats just me
