I have heard replacing uppers is pointless for drag but good for road-corse.
btw our subframe connectors are crap. (at least ford teased us with them though)
I wish I knew how exactly how they work myself. I know that once they are swapped, the car will cease all wheel hop and seems to transfer weight better. The rubber bushings are suppose to be more of a problem than the arm itself from what I understand. Poly bushings don'tgive anyand allow the axle to bind and start jumping. I know this much, that blue Z28 that I sent you a video of pulled 1.70 60 foot times on street tires. It had sphoon lowers, subframe connectors, panhard bar, crossmember, eibach springs, AGX adjustable shocks, and poly bushings. That thing would handle like it was on rails too. The front end would plow before the would rear swing out.
