from a dig and a roll.
My friend was telling me the 350zs are faster, but i think it will be a good race.
I raced 1 a few weeks back that had paper plates on it and to 80 mph, he was back about 5+ cars. If my car was stock, he'd probably get me or it would be pretty close, but for stock manual machs, Id think the 350 would get beat fairly easily.

You will definitely beat him, as long as the drivers are close to equal.

BTW, to the guy who thought the new ones are 333 HP - they are, just not in the states. For some reason the U.S. spec one is dropped down to 306. I test drove one here in the Middle East a couple weeks ago and it had the full power. It was pretty quick and handled nicely

I wish! I got a dyno tune last Jan and put down 283rwhp/302rwtq...darn autos LOL. Its definitely enuf to run with other bolt on machs and it launches like no man's business from a dig, adding LTs or mid lengths soon.

Automatic drivetrain loss ftl! [:@] He'll still outlaunch cars putting down way more than that with his set-up.

Thx for the comment. Man, its not cheap just trying to get an auto mach to run with a STOCK manual mach. I mean manuals can to 13.0's stock, no way a stock auto can do that...best Ive seen was a 13.4xxx on mach 1 registry. LT's/mid length Headers should help me pull a bit better through the powerband as well.
