35 isn't that dark, but imo it is dark enough. You can see through mine, but from a distance it is still difficult to make out the interior. Diff strokes for diff folkes.I was happy with my decision to go w/ 35, but like I said before the lawman doesn't give us much choice anyhow. If you're not about being totally blacked out, 35 will do ya just fine with a darker in the rear b/c the light coming in from the windshield makes it look lighter to a cop behind ya. Ifit's your dd, just a note, tint on the front might hurt your night driving.

I'm pretty sure the previous owner of my Mach had 50% put on the front two windows, and 5% in the rear and quarters. Around here cops don't really bother with tint since almost everyone has it. My GT had 5% all around and wasn't bothered once. I'll probably wind up doing 5% all around once I get my performance checklist done, but until then, aesthetics can wait.

Having tint that dark is just one more reason for cops to pull you over and screw with you.

i have always been stupid with tint
on my last truck i had 5 all around, double 5 on back window, 5 tint strip 7" long on top + 5 tint strip on bottom 6" long. car was the darkest in the school[8D]
