Default suspension Mods

I got a 04 Mach 1 that I want to get some suspension mods done to it:

Went to a shop yesterday in the area and they gave me the recommendation of getting new struts, springs, and caster/camber plates:

I was wondering if anyone has

H&R Super Sports springs
Tokico Blue Struts
M&M C/C plates

Any information or better suggestions would be cool

What do you want to do with the car?

I am very happy with my H&R SS's bu they will probably be replaced with coil-overs soon.

For shocks/struts, I would look into Tokico D specs, Bilsteins HD's or Koni's. I like Bilsteins but the D specs and some Koni's are adjustable which you may like better if you are hitting the strip at all.

MM C/C plates FTW!.

I would definitely look into full length sub frames and a panhard/torque arm set up if you plan on doing HPDE's. At first you will be fine but they will help greatly.

Also, what are you running for tires?

Well I want to have daily driveability with it, but go to the track/strip. I just don't think I'll be wanting to adjust my struts everytime I hit the track. It is my DD and I'm hittin high 12's right now on NT555's. But I'm also looking at a bigger wheel/tire package, maybe 18x9 and 18x10's in back to help with traction.

Also I want to make sure it look aggressive so I even thought of having the deep dish on all 4's but not really sure for the strip.

To be honest, a lowering spring will hurt you launching for the strip so take that into consideration. The kill the weight transfer.

Since you want to go to the strip, I would not get the Bilsteins. Adjusting the shocks/struts isn't that difficult. It really isn't something you are going to worry about getting done. It take about two minutes to do the all of them.

18" wheels may look good but I absolutely hate the idea unless you are going to a lighter forged wheel. The extra width and height is just added unsprung weight that will slow the car down. I would stick with 17x9's but that is just me. You can get plenty of traction out of a 9" drag radial.
