July heat and needing a tune for JLT and SLP. I'll always be spoiled by my 13.38 stock and 13.11 with an o/r H (both on street tires), but I have to keep reminding myself both were on chilly days with nice cool air. The car is definately not pulling like it used to, obvious to me by the descent 60' leading to a mediocre 1/4 time and mph. Not sure if I should be attributing more of it to the heat or to needing a tune. Opinions on that welcome. Thx.

forgot, mods aren't in sig
JLT rai, SLP catback, STS, diablo, 4.10s, MT ET Streets

I think you could attribute that to the heat and the tune.

What were your traps before? I know I trapped 109 but I only had a 2.0 60'.

My traps with street tires and stock gear were typically 105/106, got 107 one time. The 103 was actually my best so far with the gear/tires. Winding out 3rd through the traps @ 6500 felt more in the powerband than 6K with 4.10s so I think I made a mistake by not going with 4.30s or 4.56s. It is July so that ain't helping, but with a 1.85 60' and only running what I did I'd say I really need a tune.

Not saying I'm king shifter ****, but I'm confident that's not a factor.
