Default 50000 mile service, need a recomendation

Alright, I just changed out my motor oil, oil filter, and fuel filter. I am going to swap my tranny fluid as soon as I can get to the Ford dealership. I'm looking to install some 4.10's shortly so I will wait on the rear end fluid. What spark plugs should I get? I talked to a guy that said to get an iridium tip/copper core style plug and wanted a second opinion. He sounded like he knew what he was talking about and he works at a local Mustang performance shop so... But what do you say? Also, for those who have done this themselves, is there a trick to changing out the plugs, any specific ways to do it right? Thanks, I just don't want to strip out the hole in the aluminum head lol.

This is what im looking at:

I'd stick with the factory plugs. I haven't heard of anyone having any problems with them. I don't think there's any gain in going with a more expensive plug.

Plugs shmugs...factory or any quality reputable plug will do. I use NGK and am pleased. Let the motor completely cool off before you do them and don't forget anti-seize. The JLT intake, did you get the ram air (shaker functional) or true cold air (shaker hood ornament like everything else on the road)?

True cold air. There is no way the shaker diverts enough air into the intake to make a difference lol. Plus the RAI looks really cheezy imo. Its like paying $160 for a small piece of pvc...

Yes, the shaker does divert enough air into the intake to make a difference. Ford's lead engineer (now the owner of MRT) tested the Mach at the track during development with the idea that if the shaker didn't improve performance it wouldn't be on the car. It did. I think the amount of air coming through my ram air is one of the pieces in the low/mid 12s I'm running. It doesn't look fancy, but it's function has kept me happy. Either one is good though, I'm sure the true cold air will do ya right as well.
