Default Spark plug gapping

Hey can anyone tell me what I need to gap my plugs at and also what to torque them to? They are OEM Motorcrafts from AmericanMuscle. - Thanks

Never mind guys, I found the correct specs, it was a PITA lol. I will post them for future reference so that the next guy to ask the question wont have to search the internet for 3 hours.

Spark Plug Torque Specs:
15Nm or 11 lb-ft

Spark Plug Gapping:
.052-.056 in.

**Notes**

Use very little Antiseese and they take a 3/8 in. socket
