I've got a funny cop story the other day I was coming up on a stop light and in the right lane and up at the corner was 2 state trooper cars parked and as I came up next to the first car in line (both had cops in them) and as I was siting at the red light. I heard a vroom vroom and i could hear the clutched alternator whining I looked over at the cop and he gave me a nod and rolled his window down, and said " you wana run em?" I couldnt belive it and started laughing I said I'll let you win. the trooper then said "we pry better not he'd pry give us a ticket" (pointing back at the trooper behind him) I said yea that pry wouldnt be good. then the light turned green and I drove off nice and slow laughing my *** off I thought that was great. thought you guys would get a kick out of this too

 

Thats great - sounds like those guys had a sense of humor

 

Nice to see a good story about cops

 

I know several cops, all are great people!!! Each of them are worried about making it home at the end of the shift! If you get pulled over, please do everything you can to make the officer feel at ease! Turn off your engine, put your flashers on, pull as far over to the right as possible, and be polite, you did wrong and they are diong their job! If you feel they're in the wrong still be respectfull it will help in court! Remember the judge is more likely to believe to cop than you!plus you never know when you will need a officer to save you if you are being robbed or someone breaks in to your house

 

Very cool story....most times I have had encounters with policemen pulling me over, they have been respectful and very decent.

 

We got some cool ones here in Puyallup too, not only my friends Dad but almost every time I hang out late at the Krispy Kream show with the Camaro guys, these two cops show up and just hang out for a while lol. One time a CRX hatch took off at a stop light and we told him to go get em, the guy ran and passed on the right side of traffic at 120mph when the cop was called off lol. He came back and showed us his car cam, which was in HD btw. Cool guys...
