Ok guys I recently bought the setup sold on american muscle. This C&L setup is the setup which replaces everything from the throttle body down. It included an 85mm MAF, and replaces the stock plastic one. I've searched this, and had a thread about this. In my thread I was told since the MAF is larger I will need a tune. For people running this setup, did you get your car tunned. I only have a canned tune, from american muscle.

Also did you guys who have this setup put the stock MAF screen back in, or just leave it out.

No, you don't need a tune. In fact the stock one works real well with the C&L setup! Just leave the MAF screen out. If it gives you any problems, like stalling when coming to a stop, then put it back in.
