Default going procharged!! hopefully....

hey guys....

I finally found a nice used p1sc procharger kit for sale. He says the kit is complete except for the coolant crossover pipes which cost almost $350 from ATI, so we are working something out with swapping the parts. The kit comes with 60pound injectors, intercooler, gt fuel pump, etc. He wants $3600 for the kit, but that was the price for it being shipped, so I think I can talk him down a little.

Ive never seen one of these kits in person, so is there anything I should be looking for before I buy the kit. Any advice would be nice...

I cant think of anything aside from making sure the head unit is in good shape. Didnt you say you get your work done at revolution performance? If so buy it and take it to Luke for inspection, absolute worst case scenario is that the head unit needs to be rebuilt, no big deal. Jump on it!!

thanks for the response. I just dont want to overlook anything because this is a major investment. Im not exactly sure how to make sure the head unit is working without taking this guys word for it. And Im sure there are tons of little parts that I dont want to miss either. I dont want to show up at revolution and luke tell me im missing a **** load of parts.

Awesome man. Happy for ya. Any idea yet on how much boost you're going to feel safe with? Post a vid to when she's done.

I think 8-9psi is safe and should put you at 460whp more or less. Who's doing the tuning?
