I have no idea what this noise is, but it’s almost like an air stall.

That sounds like one cylinder has a lean condition to me. A decent scan tool (not a cheapy from Autozone) should give you a starting point.

The car is not giving off any codes. And the scan data seems within normal range.

Makes one wonder if one of the mufflers has a loose baffle. Burp, Burp, Burp, ****, Burp, Burp, etc.!

would that be the connection that connects the mid pipe to the tailpipe, or something else? I did put an OEM exhaust on it using only exhaust clamps no welding.
