Funny Noise please help
The rear end up my car is making a ticking noise every rotation almost sounds like there is a rock in my tire but there isnt anyone know what this might be please help im worried my stang is in trouble oh well still under warrenty
well if its 'ticking' it should be something in the 'rotating assembly' of your rear end. maybe differential, maybe ring and pinion?
could be something up in the rear brake/disc assembly, or the pads.
you put the rear on jack stands, put the car in neutral and spin the rear tires to try to better locate the sound?

Have you checked your pad thickness on the rear brakes? They don't have ware indicators, but you might be down to metal.
You have to understand, it's hard to diagnose a "clicking" problem via text. None of us can hear it, so it's double tough bro. Speculation is all you are going to get in response.

just try to locate the sound. check pad thickness, maybe examine the hardware for the brake, all the little things if you're knowledgeable.
