Hello... New Member here. I apologize if I am breaking any thread edicate rules but I just have a general question I am hoping someone can pass some expertise onto me in reference to the model years 1965 - 1967 fastbacks.
I constanly peruse the Classic car sites hoping one day that the stars will align and I am able purchase a car to occupy my hobby time (retired now) and I see mustangs of the model years mentioned above with a beautiful center console (as pictured) but then I see the exact same year and model without a console at all. I guess my qeustion is... was the center console a factory option or do some just choose to not put one in after restoring the vehicle because they are hard to find or hard to put in?
