Because you only pay tax on the difference between your trade and the new car. When I traded in my Focus, I paid the 6.25% on something like $13k ($25k sticker for Mustang - $12k trade in value for Focus).

In his case it would be $17k price - $21.5k, or 6.25% of -$4.5K
Correct. I looked in the laws, and it states if you are trading in a vehicle that you've paid sales tax on, if its worth more than what you are getting you don't pay sales tax on the new car.

Or you pay the difference. Mass isnt a huge ******* to make you pay sales tax 100% everytime, haha.

Today I finished converting my interior from cloth to leather. The only thing not replaced was the front headrests.

Took me probably a total of 8 hours to strip the seats and put the leather covers on them, but it was totally worth it. They were Roush take-offs I bought a while ago for under $300 from a 2012. SOOOO worth the price.

Here are some before and during photos.

I did mine with Katzkin's a couple years back. Lot of work, but nice once it was done.

I know this is really last minute, but in case anyone is looking for an excuse to either get out of the house or gamble, I'll be joining a focus meet tomorrow here:

I believe there might be another mustang going, but figure I'd throw it out there in case anyone was interested! Most of the time we get there, take a look at the car mods people have done for about 30 min to an hour, then hit the buffet. After that, everyone just goes and does there own thing, since we're at a casino!

Question for you F/A guys;

I'm thinking about getting a Turbo kit from On 3. I know some additional parts are needed (injectors, SVT fuel pump, Lightening MAF). I've read that the average PSI for a DD tends to be between 5 and 10. My question is what would be a decent PSI to run on a DD? Anyone got a ball park idea what kind of HP/Tq 8 PSI would get? Any input is appreciated!
