Good morning from Spain. I have a 2008 4.0 V6 and I'm new to this forum. I have a technical question. Considering the repeated alternator problems with the fifth-generation Mustangs, and knowing that the 2004 to 2009 GT V8s replaced their old and problematic 135A alternator with the new 2010 150A model, I would like to know if the V6s have the same compatibility with the 2010 4.0 V6s and 150A. The photos show similarities, but the curvature of the three mounting bolt supports is curved, which makes me doubt their compatibility. Has anyone performed this upgrade and can confirm compatibility?
