Default My 1963 Ford Fairlaine 460BB 550hp

OK so i kinda lied. it's actually a father and son project. so it's half mine.

here's some highlights...

Ford Racing 460 big block crate engine 550hp
Mustang II front suspension w/rack and pinion steering
TCI C6
9in w/3.90s
M/T ET Streets

the first time we took it to the track it ran a best of 12.08 @ 114 mph

here's what we started with...

and now...

and a couple of the Fairlaine and both my Mustangs...

WHAT? I wanna see under the hood dude. How on earth did you fit a 460 between the shock towers? It looks awesome by the way...

EDIT: Oh, I missed the Mustang II front end. Still, I'd like to see under the hood

yeah, my dad made the bracket out of some flat stock and some exhaust pipe. it's bolted to the side of the shifter base and the floor.

oh and thanks!

i see alot of guys with the big nascar style cowl scoop...with the rounded front and the big vents..i think that i prefer what you have done. the car is sharp as hell.

low 12s with bench seats for the win!!!

That is the cleanest Fairlane I have ever seen, I almost want to steal your paint scheme for my chrysler when it's done but I won't ;-)
