looking for 83 convertible rollbar pics
I've searched and cant find anything. Just like the title says, I'm wanting to put a rollbar in my 83 and trying to find pics of another one with a rollbar installed.
I know the rear 1/4 trim is a little different from the other years and since I have 01 seats I want to make sure everything will fit with out something hitting somewhere or rubbing.
Pictures of the 1/4 trim to bar clearance would be great.
Thanks
Sam

You do realize that the last time I checked it was my name on the title so I'll do with it what I want.
Anything pertinent to the thread I started you would like to contribute?

mumber name= tokinGLX He has a rollbar on a '83 vert, non GT. Talk to this man before you drill holes in your '83.

RE: looking for 83 convertible rollbar pics
I talked to that guy several years ago by email when he confirmed that my car was an actual GT by the vin number.
So what, it's limited production. It looks like all the others on the road. I never plan on selling it and during the course of my ownership I am doing what I consider the fundamental basis of a car hobby.. Personalizing it tomy tastes. I have receipts for over $30,000 in mods I have done to it so far.
If you want to make me an offer of say $20,000 then it can become your car to keep like all the others.
No matter how much more I modify it, It will still be a 1983 GT convertible. One of 1001 made. Never really attaining any exceptional value in my lifetime.
