Thanks for all the positive feedback guys. HOWEVER, I NEED A MODERATOR TO TAKE DOWN THE PICS OF MY BUDDIES CAR THAT SHOWS HIS FULL PLATE NUMBERS PLEASE...AND THANK YOU! I was a ratard and forgot to do that. Hell, I don't even have a photo-editing program. I need to get Photo Shop though. Are there any free downloads out there?

 

why does it matter. Not like someone can use the plate number against him in anyway. Hell, do you know how many thousands of people may see your plates on a daily basis?
I dunno, what am I missing here?

 

+1 Everyone blurs/blocks out their plates so i'm assuming everyone drives around with these blurry/photoshopped plates. LOL

You can download a free trial of photoshop elements from adobe. It's perfect for what little you are looking to do and it's about 90 bucks in stores vs 500 or more for the ful version Also try a polarizing filter to remove the look of the haze from your pictures
