This car really caught my eye! Not only is it a rare 1970 Mustang (forget the exacts, but it was built originally as a luxury type Stang), it was extremely clean and I absolutely love what it stands for! The gentleman who owns/built it is a veteran, and did a tribute to our veterans. Awesome!

Why are some of these cars parked in Handicap spaces with no decal?

 

The businesses weren't open for business...it was an evening show and everyone was parking everywhere.
