MO Get Together
By the looks of Weather.com, it looks like we are going to have some nice weather. Temp is supposed to be in the mid 60's and partly cloudy or partly sunny. I'll be there, not sure if I am taking one or both Mustang GT's.
We had a nice day for the gathering again. The weather couldn't have been much better fo rthis time of year. We had a total of 10 cars there. On the 05 GT's, we had a torch red vert, a sonic blue, a mineral grey and a screaming yellow. In the 99-04's, we a redfire Mustang Cobra and close to redfire (not sure of the color name) GT vert. we also had 2 93 models. One was a red Mustang Cobra and the other was an ex state highway patrol 5.0. We also had a red 67 Stang and a Cobra.
All the cars were nicelt detailed and shiney. Everyone had a good time talking about their cars, what they have done to them and what they want to do with them for future mods. There were a few people who stopped by to take a look and admire these cars.
At 4PM, we all lined up and took a short cruise to the other side of town through downtown. Looking at all the peoples faces seeing these cars go past them was priceless. Even the expression on the kids faces were priceless. Just a few stuck around after the cruise to get something to eat. I guess everyone is real busy at this time of year but it was a good turnout.
I am looking forward to having another one in late April to mid May time frame. I hope more can come out and enjoy getting together with other Mustang enthusiast in the area.
I will have some picture up as soon as I get them developed. I had the wife go to Walmart and pickup a disposable camera because ours was out at the farm (literally).

Was a great day for it, can't believe the luck of the weather. (and the rest of this week is great, glad I don't have to store the car yet)
Here's a picture after the cruise, so it doesn't include everyone who showed up, only those who were there post cruise.

Hopefully we can get the local club up, going, and active again and increase future turnouts a bit. Looking forward to next spring.
Notice me flooding the ride starting it when I left? Smooth eh? ahh fun of carbs...
