You'll need a rear sump or dual sump oil pan, transmission/bellhousing, have the driveshaft yoke changed out to match the transmission output shaft, possibly shorten or lengthen the driveshaft as well. Manual or automatic? Mustangdepot.com sells external and internal slave cylinder kits for some tremec transmissions, made my life much simpler.
Either custom or swap ready motor mounts as well as a transmission mount. You can make these fairly easily, buy a welder and its no problem. Also start looking for compatible exhaust.
Probably upgrade the front springs with something a bit stiffer to support the weight.
Return-style fuel regulator, new ignition coil, throttle cable bracket (i made one, looks like crap but works for my application).
Also find a radiator that will match up with stock radiator hoses on the 351. There are some flex hose setups available for 100-150 each if you want to keep the stock radiator mounts, but plan on upgrading the radiator.
What do you want to do with your accessories? If you get a late model 351 you can find stock accessories that will bolt on from crown vic police cars and trucks such as a/c, alternator, power steering pump, etc. Have that planned out and decide what you are willing to sacrifice for the engine you want. Getting a/c or power steering out of a 60s-70s block is a pain when trying to mount the engine in your car and plumb everything. Figure out how you are going to monitor everything, using the factory gauges or stand-alone gauges.
Probably upgrade your rear-end to handle the power as well.
Plan on spending several hundred dollars on misc. crap (hose fittings, electrical connections, bolts/nuts, washers, hose, electrical wire, gauges). It all adds up. If possible, plan everything and run all wiring that you can prior to getting the engine in there. My engine bay looks like a crap-shoot because I didn't strip it out and start fresh with a clean firewall. Unplug the harnesses and trim the excess off, do all your splicing, then lay them back in. It will be much cleaner and something you can show off.
