will a '67 200ci engine fit in a '65 that originally had 200ci?

Yes they are the same engine. I believe you might need to use the bellhousing off of the 65 though, unless its an auto.

As long as the pivot for the Z bar is in the 67 block you should be good, otherwise you'll have to get the pivot bracket off the 67 bellhousing.
