Default 2001 engine in a 98 body

Hey guys I am having a few problems with the swap of my 98 body. I have a 2001 engine already put in. I have the fuel lines in my 98 that has both the return and entry lines. The 2001 however only has no return line. Any suggestions on what to do?

If you guys have done this before and know of any more problems I could run into, your input is greatly valued.

I have a couple more issues because this is my first ever mustang swap, but I have to take it one step at a time and I'm really excited to see this machine on the road soon.

Sorry guys I forgot to let you know that my car body is a 98 GT and the engine is a 2001 GT (4.6 SOHC) engine.

You either need to convert the whole fuel system, or just swap fuel rails (and related) to make the newer motor a return style set up. The 2001 motor is set up as returnless.

Yes, both are SOHC, but they are very differennt motors in regards to swapping one for the other.

I think i'm gonna go ahead and convert the return and entry together using one of the performance regulators. I had one come with the car but wasn't sure if I could use it with this setup or not. I think its a BBK fuel regulator.
