Default Serpentine help!!!???

I'm new here but not new to the mustang scene. My past experience has been with fox bodies or newer. Now I have a 68 coupe with a 347 and I am thinking about converting to a serpentine setup. First off, it's only the alternator, no accessories. I have an entire explorer and was wondering if the alternator bracket would clear the hood. Also, what balancer do I need, I'm guessing the explorer balancer won't work but I may be wrong. The timing cover is another issue, I need something with a dipstick that will work with a reverse rotation pump. Like I said, I have the brackets, alternator, and well a whole explorer.
What's my least expensive route? I have no problem going with an electric pump as I already have quite a few pumps in my shop. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
