95 3.8l swapped with a 2000s 3.8l. What all do I need for that?

95 3.8l swapped with a 2000s 3.8l. What all do I need for that?
I have a 95 mustang with a 3.8l and my intake broke but I bought a 2000 3.8l with the wire harness. Would that be a easy swap or will there be too many difficulties?
