I have a 96 mustang roller with a 95 mustang engine everything hooked up good but I don't have the transponder in the key so pats is keeping from running, I decided to swap the ecm to a 96 crown vic ecm because it doesn't have pats but now I have a very rough idle and my electric cooling fans run non stop.
