and yeah soaring it's probably called that, i had no idea of the technical name of that part. i know on my car it looks like its made from a used tire or something, like a layered rubber of sorts.

I just replaced mine(Rag Joint)when I put my new engine in....it was $6.95 at NAPA......I was holding breath hoping that I didn't strip the old fasteners - PB Blaster is my HERO!!!! LOL!
