Default headers

whats the best set of headers to use on the 302 for clearance can i use shortys or do i need to get the long set up

I edited your title cause it said "haeders"

I dont know of any shorties that will work in the II. Hedman and Hooker both make long tubes for our cars, the Hedman headers are alot cheaper, but they also have the front primary tube coming straight down and making a 90 degree turn on the passenger side. The Hookers are routed much better, but they also cost 2-3 times more.

Hedman part number is 88350, Jeg's, Summit Racing and Mustangs Unlimited carry them. Roughly $170 with shipping, if I remember correctly.
