Hey guys... today is my very first day of owning a mustang ii and am proud to say so... its an amazing car and i love it... but i cant seem to find floor mats that i would like... i looked all over the internet for like 5 hours... i just want black carpet mats with the running horse on em... and i cant find any parts from 74-78 and its upsetting... my car is a 1978 Mustang II and i will post pictures as soon as i get em... thanks for any help with finding my mats...

Welcome to the forums!!! Your gonna love that little Mustang II, they are a blast to drive.

Have you looked at mustangs unlimited for floor mats? I would think they, along with The Paddock, and NPD would have universal mats with horse logos on them. These should be pretty much universal for all years btw.

you hit the nail right on the head with the paddock mats. they will be cut to fit properly on the floorboards.

me? i grabbed a few pieces of leftover interior carpet from walmart that i used to recarpet my hatch area - but im cheap

thanks so much for your help... i ordered the mats at about 2 in the morn on monday and they arrived today... which is wed.... i cant believe the fast shipping... i only payed for ups ground...
but thanks for your help... they look so beautiful... i cant wait to put them in my car... its sadly getting inspected... i should have it tommarow... thanks again!
