Default Trannies?

I need to start looking for a replacement for the 4cyl t-5 in my car as it is starting to feel like it's getting worn out already. I have a couple of questions:

1. What is a good strong transmission (manual or automatic) that will bolt up with the original tranny mount? (the vibration from the solid mount we had to use is really annoying)
2. Can the stock RAD 4's or auto's be built at all? (i'm looking to safely and reliably handle up to 350 horses without spending a bunch of money, cause i don't really have any)
3. How much could i sell my current t-5 for? (It's a T-5 out of one of the Turboed 4cyl cars, like an SVO, and it has a "new" bearing retainer in it which they don't make anymore)

i dunno what you could get for your old tranny. probably not much. i'd look for another T5 and change the way you have it mounted so you have some rubber or polygraphite under it. if you want to build something to easily handle 350 hp and you dont care about overdrive you can buy/build a C4 automatic for about a grand plus a few hundred for a converter. i have a mustang II bellhousing and i think i have the block plate (thin shim piece) but i dont have any extra flywheels (they can be bought on ebay or even new i believe)

yep, flywheel, I believe, sells for about $65 at roackauto.com - I think that's what they were asking for 'em.
