I have recently purchased a 1968 Eleanor that is based on the GT390.
Am throughly happy with all the build and finish quality.
However, it is let down by the instrumentation in my mind.
I would love to hear direct opinions and experience as to complete wire and new instrumentation

1st- I'd post this in the classic tech forum- somehow this cross posted into the mustang II pages that don't get a lot of traffic.

for an asnwer- I'd ask what's in the car now? several companies make a replacement dash pod filled with autometer or stewart warner gauges. Check them out. Definitely more plug-n-play than putting them in from scratch. depends on your ability.
