Just flipping through my autoweek and caught a title that sparked my interest. 601 HP in a 2004 Cobra from FORD. It cost Ford $14,000 more then the sticker to do it, but man thats cool. Anyone know if thats is actually a special option??? Looks like the 4.6 isnt a weight bucket as everyone seems to always think. Seems you just have to tune it right....and have a nice chunk of change on the side.
I agree with Steed. Hell, you can get a GT up to those numbers with that much money. Is that 601hp at the wheels? Now that would be impressive no matter how you look at it.
that is very impressive but gosh you can get a 5.0 or a 5.8 up to them numbers a lot cheaper then 14 grand well if you read it they added suspension and wheels to I am sure they included all that in the total price.
