2010: style refresh, 300 hp / 320 ft-lb, 4.6L 3v V8
2011: engine upgrades, 400 hp / 360 ft-lb, 5.0L 4v V8
The SOHC 6.2L is a truck engine.

yea it beter be a truck engine. I won't buy a 6.2 w/only 400 HP. 425+ ok, but 400 just sounds wrong. Heck pontiac makes that much from the 6.0

What's the torque on the 6.2 anyway? Just curious. I figure it is a truck engine.Mustang's have done just fine with smaller engines.A 5.0 will be perfect.

If this engine is real, and they can only squeeze 400hp of out of 6.2 liters, that would be a serious embarrassment.
I want a newer Model, but Ford keeps changing the Body style lol

In everything I've read thus far, the 6.2 is said to be the next motor. Whether thats true or not remains to be seen.....
