I just got mine this spring so I'll be keeping it for a while. 2014 when the new body gets release seems like a good time for me, especially w/ the 50th ann.

They actually left the rocker panels in flat black. UGH. That IMHO is what killed the Taurus. It's ugly and cheap looking.

Why don't they just go back to the "any color you want as long as it's black" philosophy. I had to order black interior in my car because they left so much black with the other colors, it just didn't look right.

The new look is OK but there are some things I don't like. As mentioned the flat black all around the bottom of the car is awful. It makes the car look slightly less thick but it makes it look like its higher off the ground, like it needs some serious lowering just to look normal. The grille on the V6 is much nicer looking then the flat black (again) on the V8 grille. I'm sure I'll get used to the look after I see it hundreds of times.

I'll keep my 07. It isn't even broken in yet.

If it had a significant difference in power then I would go for the new one, as far as the new looks they are nice I have to admit but nothing to jump for joy over
