Anyone heard about the supposed delay in 2011 Mustangs due to a reinspection issue? We ordered 1 Shelby Convertible in Jan 2010 and was promised it in April, then May, then maybe June then July 10. Now the dealer and Fords customer service line is telling me that about 2-3 thousand of the stangs just off thr production line are being held up for reinspection I think its a bunch of baloney but cant seem to get any straight answers from anyone. When I asked the dealer if I would get my car before the snow flies here in New York he said he couldnt promise me anything.....

 

Maybe that's the reason why my buddies getting the run around. I'll have to tell him to ask that question..
