I seriously cannot believe photos of that car are still circulating this forum.
Give it a few months. There will be a ton of threads titled "Spy shots of the 2014 Mustang GT" chock full of pictures of this thing. It just won't go away.

I honestly don't know how there are still enthusiasts out there who don't know about the Giugiaro concept. It's been over four years since the concept debuted, and people act like it's "following in the footsteps of the Camaro".
That being said, I don't know what the guy was thinking when he designed it, but the rear end on it looks pretty fugly imo:
It's an okay looking car, but not with the name Mustang on it! No, I have nothing against euro cars, but it just doesn't fit with an American muscle car. And yeah this car was actually on a Motor Trend magazine cover once. I don't remember how many years ago though.
I hope that concept design dies and stays in Europe.
Its been 5 years and the vast majority of fans have reacted negatively to it, so if Ford is actually watching the forums for ideas on how to redesign the 12014, I hope they listen and do NOT use that ancient 5yr old concept Camaro design.
I think it would look (with some changes of course) right at home for a BMW or maybe some other import model. But the lines just dont say "muscle", they say "I sip wine with dinner".

I agree. Kind of like a "wussie" looking Camaro that lost its man parts.
I really hope Ford steps up with a muscle look for th 2014, something worthy of the pony car tradition.
