Actually it is a sequential shifter. Paddle style is on the wheel. How would he destroy the motor with an "H" pattern? Don't get that comment.

Well, look how quickly he was shifting, if he had the normal H pattern he'd probably be missing them like mad and overreving the motor.

He was only shifting that fast because he can, the sequential shifter. If he had an H-pattern it may never be as fast. If it was faster than a sequential then everyone would want an H pattern not the sequential.

yeah, clearly a sequential...same motion to upshift, and notice at the end he's pushing forward to downshift.
and i dunno about you, but shifting fast yet still precisely isnt hard at all...ive never missed a powershift and i probably do it a lot more often than i should.
