Heres the funny thing I will admit that I am fat errr I mean big boned. Right now I am on the south beach diet and so far its worked pretty good. And it dose incorprate everything in there as well. Most americans live off of Mcy D's which is their problem...[sm=smiley24.gif]

yeah that little guy is right on. im majoring in biology.. and its scary what that low carb crap can do for you. lieke very cell process requires a lot of carbs.. the key to staying thin is one word.. MODERATION. not like super sized everything, a loaf of bred and a 20 oz steak
