Hey EVO,

I'm not knocking the car.. In the long run it looks like the EVO is faster.. Its pretty impressive IMO to get that much power out of 4 cyl.

I'm NO expert and just gave my opinion about pushing 800 Hp from a 4 cyl. I have basic knowledge, similar to Rumblefrog but much, much less than him, that running a motor at that PSI tends to put ALOT of strain on the motor.. I only bring it up because I'm not made of money and it kills me to see people buy nice cars like that EVO and run it so hard it will need a new motor in a year or two..

Again, I'm not bashing the EVO.. I am however gonna bash you.. Dude, start to take your meds as proscribed.. Anyone who flips like you over nothing needs them..

That Evo must have some major turbo lag but damn those cars are fast. The only time he got a good start he missed a shift.

is this the same EVO that raced the FOX and it was even , but we agreed the FOX lost traction even at 65mph?

good vid...badass rides. the only way i see that cobra making 675whp @ 15psi (with the mods listed) was if it was on a dyno that produces very high numbers compared to others. it usually takes 20+psi and an aggressive timing curve to make that on a "stock" terminator engine

Not to rain in your parade but i had an evo and sold it(see sig) after buying $4,000 in parts (buschur stage4) and learning that i needed to buy a whole new drivetrain(axles,trans.,diffs.,transfer case about $10,000 to $12,000) if i wanted to go to a stroker with a big turbo. Don't miss understand i loved the car, but There's No replacement for Displacement
