Not. MM&FF has several dynos of them taking off the eaton and replacing it with a 01 cobra intake manifold. I **** you not at the flywheel they are making 365 horsepower sans boost.
Of course this is with LT headers and a aftercat with mufflers (flows), and only a accufab T/B on the intake, no meter or filter, and a FAST fuel system controling it all.

I would figure a stock Cobra motor without the blower would make 320hp...

Eaton Vs. Procharger isn't too fair from a roll
One's all down low, one's all up high.
Not to mention the cobra is just a big fat pig compared
Maybe from a dig the vette wouldn't beat it AS bad
