Bit confused on the Neon SRT-4 vid, 98 LS1 step in here (vette question)
I am a bit confused on that video of the SRT-4 owners responding to the anti srt-4 vid. There is a race on there between a Z06 and a SRT-4.
Just looking over the Z06 numbers, wouldnt you expect a vette with heads/cam/intake and all of those mods not only to be running faster than a 12.00 (thats what the neon is supposed to run) but also to be making more power than 438/400 at the wheels?

maybe on slicks, not on street tires. ZO6's are rated at 12.7 - 12.8 in the 1/4 stock. Thats what 9 magazines said [:-] sure on slicks though I could see it happening.

People have ran as low as 11.8 100% bone stock with Z06's.

It's useless man....we've had countless threads about this. No matter how many times I show absolute proof of one running 11.8 bone stock, it's not enough. The damn cars trap nearly 120mph bone stock....
360rwhp + 3180lbs does not = high 12's.
