Yeah that issue of the mag came out about 2-3 months ago. It was pretty sweet to see the viper beat the bugatti. I guess that proves that the bugatti isnt the fastest car. I doubt it will hit the 254 mph.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SOAyLGH1sFobugatti does 254 for the dude that said he doubted it, also some pretty interesting things, the fuel lasts for like 15 mins and the tires for 18 at that speed, not sure if this is right, didnt rewatch the vid to see close to this tho

bugatti DOES go 253, its tires last 15, fuel lasts 12
but, foreal, that thing is ugly as sin, and will probably blow up, and who the hell is ever gonna go 200 on surface streets
and BTW, the bugatti istn the fastest anymore, the Shelby (i think) Aero TT, more horses, half the cylinders, half the turbos went faster, on a surface road with an S curve...
