actually, i'd recommend www.hostned.com . they're cheap if you get their unlimited package. i used to use them before i got a dedicated server. they give you "unlimited" storage and unlimited bandwidth packages (windows or linux hosting). i hosted well over a gig worth of video files and never got barked at. quite a bit of traffic went through it too.
