Your comparing a stock truck, which is heavier then a lightning.. vs a modified lightning? Nice comparison, if you want a real comparison, compare the top of the line mustang VS the 05 viper which runs 11.5 - 11.7 in the quartermile stock

the eclipse and viper might run close quarter times (i find it hard to believe, but i don't know anything about mitsu's) but i'd be 500 bucks that after the 1/4 the viper is raping the he!! out of that eclipse, no way it could keep up. the eclipse probably tops out around 135ish i know that viper could do 150 easy

you say chip and pulley swap its all over... well modify the ram with the same amount of cash also, and it'll still come out first.. its not really fair saying that a modified something will beat a stock something
I went to the track last night for wednesdays street night and there was a silver 04 lightning there, honestly it didnt seem very fast at all, it got beat by quite afew cars, i also saw a civic hatchback beat a 03 mustang GT in a race and a kenne bell cobra get romped by a LT1 style camaro, its all about the money you put into it
