JD is that really your car or is it a loaner? Cause last time i heard you was in the army and i know we dont really make enough to handle that kind of ride. It fo sure awsome looking. Im jealous!! Dang! That rattle didnt sound good to me but i never owned a beast like that so it could be normal. But if you need someone to test drive it until that sound goes away umm i volunteer ok. hehhe congrats on the car.

UMMM... How in the hell does he get spanked by a car with 275 rwhp when he has almost 600 on tap? Losing traction like me is my only estimate.
theres a guy out here sprayin a 150 shot on top of a couple other bolt ons and makes less horsepower but 100 more ft lbs of torque and kills my buddies Cobra, but hes getting a heat exchanger and a new lower to push 17 lbs where we live about 19 corrected

Holy Bat Guages JD! Do all those guages get distracting while driving around town? That's a sweet ride man. Don't worry too much about that rattle, it sounds like pulley noise to me. Remember, it is a Ford after all so your gonna hear the normal rattles, ticks, etc.

no it doesnt rattle at all, his car with a 17lb pulley made 580 corrected, and still gets spanked by the LS1
HAHAHAH! It's sorta like a Supra thing. Torque goes a LONG ways.

Nice car JD, I love the way the Cobra's look over any other Mustang to date. I'm interested to see what it runs.

The stock 3.55's. Im about to swap the IRS for a solid axle so I can really race it and not worry about a half shaft snapping. Im gonna go with some 33 spline axlels and 3.73's.

Thanks a lot guys. It really screams. And NO it isnt a loaner LOL I make plenty of money and im about to be out of the army and I will get about a $25000 a year pay raise as soon as Im out... and thats if I dont go to Iraq as a civilian.

Not really. They are good conversation peices because EVERYONE and their brother wants to see them in action. LOL They are actually pretty helpful. Boost gauge of course, EXT temp gauge, oil pressure, fuel pressure, water temp, the Tach and one other... I forget which one that one is. LOL

They are pretty to look at...

You might want to rethink the 3.73's, you might want to look into 3.90s instead, at least that's the way I'd go if I swapped my rear.
